Office Policies
- Full payment is required at the
time of service. We accept cash, check, and both MasterCard
and Visa.
- $10.00 fee for returned checks
will be collected.
- To avoid paying a cancellation
fee, please give 24 hours notice.
- Late arrivals will receive the
remainder of the time scheduled. Full payment is required.
- Complete Bodywork and Massage Center,
Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
